Visa Support

All foreign participants of  XXV IUPAP Conference on Computational Physics should obtain an entry visa to The Russian Federation. The Conference Service Agent  «CTO EVENTS» Ltd.. will provide participants with the documents necessary for Russian Special Purpose Tourism Visa application. The visa will be issued for the duration of the Conference. The deadline for all visa requests is the 27th of  July 2013. «CTO EVENTS» Limited. has a reference number in the Russian Ministry of  Foreign Affairs and has the right to provide participants with Russian Special Purpose Tourism Visa support documents. Supporting documents will be made based on your personal information submitted during the on-line registration process. In order to obtain a Russian Visa please contact the nearest Russian Сonsulate or Embassy in your home country for further information.

The Conference Secretariat will send the visa support documents to the participant only after receiving the Registration and Accommodation fees!

Please be advised that in order to obtain a visa your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the end of your visit to the Russian Federation. NB! All foreign citizens arriving in Russia have to fill in a migration card while passing through customs. Migration cards will be given to foreigners before crossing the border (in airplanes, trains, buses, ships, etc.) Please be careful while filling in this migration card and keep this card secure until your departure from the Russian Federation.

IMPORTANT!   If you plan to stay in the territory of the Russian Federation up to 7 days, you don’t need to make a registration. Another way, if your staying in the country prolongs more than 7 days, you’ll have to make a registration, which you could do in 3 days upon arrival at the hotel.
